Just this week, in a class preparing for certification as a Military Relocation Professional, we learned that the #1 factor facing military families when facing re-assignment and selecting a home in their new community is "affordability."
We will be watching this legislation to see if it makes it through all the hurdles--giving our military more options as they search for their new neighborhood and home!
